• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Description of Services

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing Model

• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

5.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors (Razorpay)
• We do not store or have access to your payment card details
• Payment information is handled directly by our payment processor in compliance with PCI DSS standards
• You authorize the payment processor to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

5.3 Billing and Invoices

• Sessions are billed immediately upon completion
• Detailed invoices are available in your account dashboard
• Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days

5.4 Refund Policy

• Refunds are provided for technical issues preventing service use
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the session
• We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis
• Abuse of refund policy may result in account suspension

6. Acceptable Use Policy

When using TiCoisa Gaming, you agree NOT to:

You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.
